My husband and I were referred to CJ through a friend who had purchased her first home a year earlier. The last house I purchased was in 1982, and I had basically forgotten the procedures involved with such and endeavor. Fortunately in 2007 I met C.J. and found out she was a realtor about the time I needed one. Personally, I believe in serendipity and I knew that C.J. was placed within my radar for the purpose of finding the right home for me.
